For 7 years, BikeFest has been fundraising to support our industry colleagues in need. With bi annual bike rides in London and Spain, the team recruit new riders each year to boslter the money raising efforts for industry charities.
In January 2023, the BikeFest team raised over £50,000!

The London ride is free to join, however, voluntary donations are encouraged through the fundraising page. Ride with us to help our community across the live events industry - many of whom are still suffering from the impact of the pandemic.
All donations will go directly to the #WeMakeEvents supported charities - Backup Tech, Music Support and Stagehand.

If you cycle regularly you will see that it is a low relief ride.
Ride with us to help our community across the live events industry. Many of whom are still suffering from the impact of the pandemic. The entry fees will help cover the event costs, including your accommodation and meals.

Be the first to hear about each event.
1. The entry fee covers exactly what is described for the days booked as shown on the Bikefest Spain 2023 website.
2. Payment in full must be made before attending the event.
3. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they are fit and able to complete the selected ride and have personal insurance.
4. Any travel to the starting point or end point is the responsibility of the individual participant.
5. The organizers have the right to cancel the event at any point
6. If the organizers decide to cancel the following will apply:
a. Full refund will be given, with the exception of any payment for merch that is included in the price of the entry fee.
7. If a participant chooses to cancel the following applies:
8. If a participant gives notice of cancellation and is eligible for a refund, the organizer will fully refund the participant within 10 working days.
ENTRY & ACCOMMODATION
The fee for entry is 499 Euros, which includes:
Two nights in a hotel,
Three days of dinner and lunch
And a support van alongside you while you ride.
Want to arrive the night before you ride? We have arranged a special price in a hotel in Valencia for all riders that want to stay the night before.
BIKE HIRE
Don't have a bike? You can hire a bike for approximately 200-250 Euros. This will be organised separately via the event organisers. Please specify whether you would like to hire a bike via via a registration form once you have paid for your entry to bikefest.

By participating in BikeFest Spain, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree with the terms and conditions. Please note that tickets for BikeFest are non-refundable.
